COACHES AND MANAGERS – THANK YOU!
Thank you all very sincerely for your work this season. As a tiny token of our appreciation, please enjoy a FREE burger from the Clubhouse BBQ on Friday 19 August. Just tell the bar volunteers your team name and role (coach or manager). Team photos can also be collected from the bar.
CLUB AWARD NOMINATIONS OPEN
Each year the club gives three Perpetual Awards for an individual, a team and a coach. Nominations are now invited for:”Club Spirit” – Team – A team that has bonded under tough circumstances, improved through the season, or contributed to the club.Ray & Di Brown Perpetual Trophy – “Friend of The Club” – Someone who volunteers for the club on a regular basis and is often behind the scenesRod Woods Memorial Trophy – “Coach of the Season” – A coach who has made a real difference over a season, or several seasonsEmail your nomination(s) and brief reasons by Thursday 25 August to secretary@kpfc.asn.au. There is no need to ask team mates to contribute multiple nominations for the same person. Even if your nominee doesn’t win, we will tell them they were nominated, and send them the text of your nomination – a great way to show your appreciation.
SUMMER FOOTBALL
Please speak to your team about playing over Summer. Heaps of fun, a great way to keep up skills, and a great introduction for any new players. There are two comps to choose from, both starting mid September (SOON!)

MINIROOS GALA DAYS
27 August (U6-U11) and 28 August (G6-G11)Please save the date for this end-of season, round-robin event. Your team will play several games against other clubs, all in one morning at one local venue. eg, your team may have three games, between 8:30am and noon. The draw will come out by Friday.

Awards recognise commitment to the sport, and remind players of good times with good friends. Awards will be given out at upcoming presentation events:U6-U11 players will receive a participation trophyU12-U15 players will receive a participation medalEach U12-U18 team will receive two team awardsEach senior team will receive three team awards
PRESENTATION DAY (U6-U15 and G6-G12)
SATURDAY 3 SeptYour team will be asked to come to Auluba at a specific time (tba), for players to receive participation and Team awards. Stick around afterwards and enjoy an end of season team celebration for players and parents. There’ll be delicious coffee, drinks, toasties, and treats from Bean Everywhere, and incredible donuts from OMG Decadent Donuts. There will also be a novelty races, football fun and team-building games. G14 please note you will receive your awards at Turramurra United as part of our joint venture.
PRESENTATION EVENT (U16, G16, U18 and G18)
FRIDAY 9 Sept 5pm-7pmCome to Auluba from 5pm to 7pm. There will be small-sided mixed football, delicious food from Dope Fusion, drinks, and an award presentation. Teams may wish to go on to another venue for an end of season party from 7pm.
SENIOR PRESENTATION NIGHT
FRIDAY 9 Sept 7pm-10pmCome to Auluba from 7pm. Enjoy the licenced bar and a delicious dinner from Dope Fusion. Celebrate with the other senior teams – a great social way to mark the end of the season. Team and Club awards presented. Managers – please liaise with your VP to assist with scheduling.

MANAGERS – KIT AND SHIRTS
Managers, please return your kit bag and team shirts (washed) at your Presentation event. If players bring a shirt to change into to your last match, it can help with collecting/washing. If you want Kisso shirts for Summer Soccer, you can hang onto them, just let our equipment manager, Brad, know.
MANAGERS – DRIBL UPDATE
You can now view the contact details of opposition team managers and coaches. Handy for reschedules, forfeits etc. To do this in the Dribl app, go to the Match Sheet tab and scroll down to Contacts.
COACHES – C LICENCE COURSE
