I hope you’re excited for Season ’24. With matches kicking off in just three weeks, it’s fast approaching.
Can I urge you, one final time, to please register if you haven’t done so, and if you know anyone still thinking about it, encourage them to do that now. We have vacancies in some teams – If in doubt, email the VP for the relevant cohort (addresses below). Our youngest cohorts are still able to accommodate plenty of new players.
ALL PLAYERS AND PARENTS – PLEASE DROP IN to the clubhouse on Thursday 21 March to buy your kit, swap boots and socialise. Kit sales, BBQ and BAR between 6 and 8pm.

MEET THE TEAM NIGHT
Miniroos (U6-U8 and G6-G8)
5:30 for 6pm, Thursday 21 March at Auluba
Geared towards parents, this event includes presentations about coaching, training and match day expectations. Meet other parents from your child’s team and decide who will volunteer as manager and coach. Kids may prefer to play on the oval while you listen to talks in the clubhouse.

COACH/MANAGER MEETUP
If you are volunteering as Coach, Assistant Coach or Manager for a Miniroos team (U6-U11, G6-G11), please attend our Meetup event on Tuesday 26 March. Managers will collect a kit bag and hear details about your role. Coaches will receive a coach training session on the field.
5:45pm – Arrival
6-7pm – Presentation for coaches and managers
7-8pm –
. Coaches – take part in a coaching session. Wear suitable clothing for activities on the oval.
. Managers – extra details and hands-on learning with the Dribl app. Collect your kit bag.

If you are volunteering with players under 18, you MUST have a valid Working With Children check. These expire after five years – please check yours will be valid for the season. Click here for details.

BENCH COATS + ADULT FEMALE SHORTS

BBQ DUTY
CLUBHOUSE FRIDAYS are entirely run by volunteers, including a rostered age group on the BBQ from 5pm to 9pm. You will be allocated one night in the season for BBQ duty. When your team manager contacts you, please make their job easy and reply promptly.
