The information below applies to the 2026 season.
We are a volunteer-run club, working hard to provide a high quality football experience while keeping fees as low as possible. The last fee increase was in 2023 to cover rising costs (that was the first increase in over four years at that time). In 2026, we have been required to increase our fees to cover our costs.
If your child plays in a development team, fees are higher to cover extra coaching costs.
EARLY BIRD RATE
Register by 14 February for the Early Bird rate. All fees increase by $10 after that date.
Assistance and discounts
If your family includes three or more players, there is a 10% discount on all your fees, excluding coaching. To claim the rebate, register in full, then email registrar@kpfc.asn.au with player names, age groups, your BSB and account number.
If you need financial assistance, please email our Registrar. We will do whatever we can to ensure every player who wishes to play can do so.

Referee Fee REIMBURSEMENT
If you work as a referee, the referee association charges an annual fee. To support referees, Kissing Point FC will reimburse this fee if you officiate at least three games in a season. Please contact the Club Secretary to request reimbursement. Include your bank account details and evidence (eg screenshot from Dribl) of officiating three or more games.
DE-REGISTRATION AND REFUNDS
The club understands that from time-to-time players need to deregister. We will endeavour to support our players within the boundaries that are set, often outside of our control.
De-registration is handled by Playfootball system. You must complete the process via that system and the various components may be refunded to you depending on the dates. At this stage we do not have the cut off times for the process to receive a full refund.
To de-register:
- Follow these steps to start the process via the PlayFootball system.
- Email your team manager, your VP and our Registrar (registrar@kpfc.asn.au).
- Our Registrar will advise next steps. You will need to provide your bank account for the refund.
- You will be charged a $20 admin fee.
To de-register and request a partial refund after 25 April until 31 July:
- Email our Registrar describing why you are requesting a refund (registrar@kpfc.asn.au).
- Partial refunds will be given for exceptional circumstances only, the request will be considered by the committee and the amount will be calculated based on the length of time you have played.
- Your request will incur a $20 admin fee.
What about coaching or facility fees?
Some players pay additional coaching fees and/or facility fees, as well as a registration fee. Any refund of such fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of the club. As an example, a refund may be a percentage, based on the length of time the player has participated.
Can Active Kids vouchers be refunded?
By law, we cannot refund Active Kids vouchers to you. We may be able to transfer the amount to another registered sports provider. Please provide details in your email to our Registrar.
