SUNDAY FITNESS CLASSES
Join a FREE weekly fitness class and get in shape for the season. The sessions, by conditioning coach Alex Milton, are designed to keep you injury-free as the season gets underway. Please take advantage of this free offer. If they’re popular, we may add more sessions.

Four sessions – STARTING THIS WEEK – Sunday 6, 13, 20 and 27  Feb.

  • MEN (incl U18) 4 – 4:45pm
  • WOMEN (incl U18) 5 – 5:45pm
  • Howson Oval
  • No need to register – just come along

JUNIORS (boys and girls U12-U16) – Three sessions – Sunday 13, 20 and 27 Feb from 3pm – 3:45pm at Howson.

OPEN DAY – Sunday 13 Feb, 9am-1pm. AULUBA
Perfect for anyone new to the club or thinking of registering. Call in anytime between 9am and 1am. Buy your shorts and socks. Ask questions and get help with registration. Some unstructured activities for young players. Please encourage friends to call in if they are thinking of registering. 

INTRO TO FOOTBALL – Sunday 27 Feb 12-2pm. AULUBA
A chance for our youngest players to have a structured kick-around with our coaches. Activities for boys and girls turning 5, 6 or 7 this year. Everyone is welcome for a BBQ lunch and to buy your Kisso kit.

WALKING FOOTBALL
Walking Football is great fun and happens EVERY WEEK at Auluba. Come and try it out. All ages and abilities welcome. Every Thursday 7:30-8:30am. (NOTE the new start time of 7:30am).

WALKING FOOTBALL CUP
NSFA has just announced the inaugural WALKING FOOTBALL CUP will take place at Auluba on Sunday 27 Feb 8:30am-12. Open to players aged 50 years plus. We’d love to enter a Men’s team and a Womens’ team. To take part in the Cup, or give the weekly sessions a go, email Rhondda at walkingfootball@kpfc.asn.au

REFEREE COURSES
Refereeing is a great way to earn some cash while providing a vital service for everyone playing football. Courses are in Feb and March. Very conveniently, they’re at Auluba this year. Suitable for anyone new to refereeing (age 14+ by May). Kisso will subsidise the KDFRA $120 membership fee for any new or continuing referee who refs 3 games during the season. COACHING
If you’re planning to volunteer as a coach, keep an eye on the Coaching page on the website. Dates for free short courses announced soon.

RSA
If you have a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, please email Tineke. Tineke is looking for people to help out on two or three Friday nights during the season.

U16, G16, U18, G18 VOLUNTEERS
We’re looking for players aged approx 15-17 to help at Open Day, Sunday 13 Feb. Players will have an unstructured kick-around with young visitors. If your player can spare an hour or two between 9am and 1pm, email Tanya. A fun opportunity, suitable for a few friends to do together.

Duke of Ed
If your player is doing their Duke of Ed this year, remember they can do all three parts of the award at Kisso – sport, service and skills – email Jen for details.

SAP/DEV/SL Trials
Best wishes to players trialling for SAP/DEV and Super League. The second of two sessions is this Sunday 6 Feb, with times as follows:

  • U8 and U9 – 3:30pm
  • U10 and U11 – 4:45pm
  • U12, 13 and U14 – 6pm 

UPCOMING DATES
Training starts at different times for different teams and you’ll receive email advice about when your player starts. All other dates are listed on the website here. Please refer to this page for season start/end, events, kit sale days etc.
