Kick Off – with 1000 players!

The football season is finally here!

I’m delighted to announce that we have 1000 PLAYERS registered for Season 2021! You are part of a thriving, growing club with more opportunities than ever before. This is a testament to everyone who has volunteered their time to get the season up and running. Thank you all.

  • 82 teams catering for male and female players of all ages and aspirations
  • Over 75% retention rate, with players choosing to return year after year
  • 31% of players are female, a number that continues to grow
  • Over 180 coaches, managers and volunteers
Unpaid fees
Players with unpaid fees, please pay ASAP. If you have not paid, you will not be able to play.
Clubhouse Fridays
The bar is back! You and your family are invited to Auluba every Friday night of the season, between 5:30 and 9pm. Socialise with your Kisso friends and get an easy dinner for the kids from the BBQ.
Shorts, socks, beanies, caps
Order your shorts and socks online now, instructions here. Kit will also be on sale at Auluba Friday 16 April 5:30-8:30, but please don’t wait until then to buy. Online orders are given priority. Enquiries to merchandise@nullkpfc.asn.au. New beanies and caps will be available in person on 16 April – be among the first to get your hands on these.
Fixtures
Your manager will share details of matches with you. You can also look up the draw yourself. Bookmark the mobile version – it has clickable links with directions to grounds.
Weather
If a match or training is cancelled due to wet weather, your manager will tell you. Always assume it’s on unless you’re told it’s off.
Premier League action
Our Prems play Willoughby Dalleys Saturday 17 April (Ressies 1pm, Firsts 3pm). Bring the family to Auluba to cheer them on and be inspired by our top-flight men’s team. The bar will be open. You can also watch the Prems recent FFA Cup win here.
Health and safety
Please BYO sanitiser. If your player is unwell, they must stay home. No shared snacks such as half-time oranges.
Code of conduct
Please be familiar with our Code of Conduct. It essentially requires us to respect one another. If you think that code is not being followed, raise the issue straight away with your manager. For issues that can’t be resolved straight away, contact our Member Protection Information Officer, Culum Brown. Culum can advise you on options for resolving issues. Contact details here.
U6-U8 Coaching Courses
If you are an U6-U8 coach and have not attended a miniroos certificate course, please attend one of these courses:
  • Monday 12 April, 6:30 to 8:30pm at Rofe Park, Hornsby Heights
  • Thursday 22 April 6:30 to 8:30pm at Blackman Park, Lane Cove
We may also add another course at Auluba shortly (details being finalised). To register, click here.
Weekly ‘Round Report’ on Facebook
Be sure to follow the club on Facebook. Each weekend, you’ll see a ‘Round Report’ post where you can comment and post photos telling us us how your team went. For Miniroos (u6-u11), no details of results or scores – just stories.
Junior and senior teams
Each weekend, nets need to be put up at Auluba, Howson and Comennara prior to the first game and taken in after the last game. Junior and Senior teams scheduled to play first and last at each field will be rostered on to do this. Our grounds controller, Chris Merrigan, will email instructions to the managers of teams on duty that weekend.
Best wishes
Have a wonderful season. I look forward to seeing everyone out on the pitch, playing positive football. Let’s go!
